The hotel had a huge outdoor pool. the private beach was nice and easily accessible. i appreciated the outdoor play area. It was secure. indoor kids' club provided extra options.

some minor wear WAS visible in certain areas of the room, suggesting a need for general updates.

The gym equipment was decent. but I wished there were more cross trainers. The main restaurant presented a varied buffet, yet the quality seemed short of a 5-star standard. Meats often tasted dry, and side dishes lacked seasoning, leaving much to be desired. The indoor seating felt dark. I also noticed a lack of atmosphere. Guests seemed disconnected.

The hotel rooms were quite large and comfortable. The pools were very good. The hotel offers better than expected facilities for children, GREAT!!!

The hotel has accessibility issues. There are no real walkways outside. Walking to the main road involves avoiding vehicles. The hotel provided confrontational service when I requested ice. I needed it for my water.
