Guests frequently praise the hotel's large and comfortable rooms, some boasting stunning views of Qasr Al Watan from their balconies. The breakfast is a standout, described as an exceptional experience with a vast selection of fresh juices and live cooking stations. The gym equipment was decent. but I wished there were more cross trainers. The main restaurant presented a varied buffet, yet the quality seemed short of a 5-star standard. Meats often tasted dry, and side dishes lacked seasoning, leaving much to be desired. The indoor seating felt dark. I also noticed a lack of atmosphere. Guests seemed disconnected.

Satisfactory stay overall

comfortable rooms good pools accessibility issues confrontational service

The hotel rooms were quite large and comfortable. The pools were very good. The hotel offers better than expected facilities for children, GREAT!!!

The hotel has accessibility issues. There are no real walkways outside. Walking to the main road involves avoiding vehicles. The hotel provided confrontational service when I requested ice. I needed it for my water.
